Please note that the following terms and conditions apply to all bookings made through our online studio space reservation system:

1. Taxation: All bookings are subject to a 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) on the total amount payable, as per Canadian tax laws.

2. Floor Maintenance: We strive to keep our studio space in top condition, but please note that the floor is not guaranteed to be freshly painted unless specifically requested by you during the booking process. If you require a freshly painted floor, please indicate this in your booking request.

3. Responsibility for Damage: You are responsible for any damage done to the studio space, equipment, or other property during your booking. Please take care when using our facilities and report any damage or incidents to us immediately.

4. Additional Time and Fees: Any time spent beyond the agreed-upon booking period will be billed per 30 minutes. We ask that you respect our schedule and vacate the studio space on time to avoid incurring additional fees.

5. Noise Levels: Loud music is not permitted during office hours to avoid disturbing our neighbors and other users of the building. Please keep noise levels reasonable at all times.

6. Cancellation Policy: Bookings cannot be cancelled during the week of the reservation, and deposits are non-refundable. Please ensure that you are committed to your booking before making a reservation with us.

7. Custom Backdrops: If you require a custom backdrop for your shoot, please ensure that you request it at least one week prior to your booking. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee availability if it is requested less than a week in advance.

8. Custom Wall Paint: If you require custom wall paint for your shoot, please ensure that you request it at least one week prior to your booking. This service is only valid on bookings of 5 hours or more. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee availability if it is requested less than a week in advance.

9. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the studio space and on the premises. Please refrain from smoking during your booking, and dispose of any smoking materials appropriately outside of the building,

10. Alcohol Consumption: Consuming alcohol is strictly prohibited in the studio space and on the premises. If alcohol is required for the shoot, please let our studio manager know in advance to discuss any necessary arrangements.
