  • Fresh White Paint ($150.00) – although we maintain and provide a clean space, if you’re looking for a freshly painted floor, there’s a charge.
  • Car Access ($250.00) – this includes access to our drive-in bay for bringing in vehicles and freshly painted floor prior to use.
